How It Works

The Two Crowns experience combines preparation before the ceremony with a symbolic crowning moment during the wedding service itself.

Step 1

Reserve Your Package

Secure the Covenant Crowning Ceremony package for your wedding and begin planning for a more intentional ceremony experience.

Step 2

Complete the Marriage Course

Work through the Ten Principles of Two Crowns Marriage Course before your wedding day so the ceremony is rooted in preparation as well as symbolism.

Step 3

Experience the Crowning

During the ceremony, the couple participates in the symbolic crowning moment and remains crowned as the service continues, marking covenant, honor, and sacred responsibility.

Ceremony Meaning

The Royal Distinction

“This is the moment you stop being his bride… and become his Queen.”

The Covenant Crowning Ceremony is more than a moment. It is an experience that invites couples to step fully into who they are meant to be: King and Queen, not just for a day, but for a lifetime.

While we may not live within a monarchy, that does not mean we are excluded from the beauty, dignity, and responsibility of royalty. This ceremony is an intentional choice to rise, to honor one another, and to lead your marriage, your home, and your family with purpose and authority.

Why the Colors Remain

A defining element of the Covenant Crowning Ceremony is the use of red and royal blue within the ceremonial sash. These colors are not chosen for aesthetic preference, but for meaning.

Red carries royal weight, symbolizing authority, power, and sacrificial commitment. Royal blue has long been associated with prominence, refinement, and honor. Together, these colors represent royalty in its truest form.

For this reason, the ceremonial sash remains in red and royal blue regardless of a wedding color palette. This is not a detail to be styled. It is a standard to be upheld.

Tracy Simpson

Speaker, Owner & CEO Of Two Crowns

Hi Y’all, in my State of Texas voice. I’m Tracy D. Simpson and I’m so happy to have you here. It has been a journey to get here, but it was a journey I had to take to have the life and the marriage I wanted.

I came out of an eight year marriage more traumatized than when I went in. However, I did come out of it with my God, my daughter and my sanity in tact, so as it goes, I can’t ask for much more than that.

In the summer of 2019 I met and fell for my now husband, Van. Our love for one another grows deeper everyday. And our relationship has been a whirlwind of conversation, growth, exploration, and discovery of what we want and what we don’t want out of this union.

I know in my heart that Van and I would not be where we are without creating covenant promises to each other and with God. And we were so blessed to go through the crowning ceremony with our family and friends to bear witness. I hope that choosing to incorporate the covenant crowning ceremony into your wedding day will set the foundation for a happy, strong and long lasting marriage.
